These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Larifaceti website located at larifaceti.com and any related services provided by Larifaceti ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

Larifaceti provides public speaking training courses, workshops, and related educational services ("Services") including:

• In-person and online public speaking courses
• One-on-one coaching sessions

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

4. Registration and Account

4.1 Account Creation

Some Services may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

5. Course Registration and Payments

5.1 Course Enrollment

• Course registration is subject to availability
• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Course schedules and content may be modified as needed
• Enrollment confirmation will be sent via email

5.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the time of registration unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

5.3 Taxes

Applicable taxes (including GST/HST) will be added to course fees as required by Canadian tax regulations.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Student Cancellations

• 30+ days before course start: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
• 14-29 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before course start: No refund
• Emergency circumstances: Considered on a case-by-case basis

6.2 Company Cancellations

If we cancel a course, you will receive:

• Full refund of all fees paid
• Priority registration for the next available course
• At least 48 hours' notice when possible

6.3 Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Administrative fees are non-refundable

7. Course Attendance and Conduct

7.1 Attendance Requirements

• Regular attendance is required for course completion
• Notify us in advance if you cannot attend a session
• Make-up sessions may be available for excused absences
• Certificates require attendance at all required sessions

7.2 Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
• Participate actively and constructively
• Follow facility rules and safety guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other students' personal information

7.3 Disruptive Behavior

We reserve the right to remove students who:

• Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Harass or discriminate against others
• Violate facility policies
• Interfere with the learning environment

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software, is the property of Larifaceti and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use course materials for your personal learning and development
• Download materials specifically designated for download

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:
